The Hollywood Park Project is currently being developed and will bring lots of new faces, money and investors to Inglewood. As the project gets nearer to completion, officials are working hard to clean up the city and restore it to its former glory. The addition of residential complexes, restaurants and shopping centers is slated to drive up property values.

At Lyon | Stahl, we’ve seen a lot of our own success in the Inglewood market throughout the past year. Recently, we closed escrow on a 22 unit portfolio located on Regent Street and Eucalyptus Avenue at a total cost of $2,625,000.
